Re: Coniston- January 1967/January 2013

Bill your Bull frog must have the patience of a saint, my effort was doomed the minute I tried to cut the hull from the formed plastic. If he's available to build me one let me know how much it'll set me back......

Re: Coniston- January 1967/January 2013

Cheers for the replies folks. Yes I can still source the kits but I've already had one attempt land in the bin, I think you require the patience of a saint to be able to build one of them. I was hoping to be able to buy an already fully assembled one, one that someone with a whole load more patience...

Re: Coniston- January 1967/January 2013

I spent new year at Coniston, another great stay in the village but I wish I'd known everyone was coming as I'd have extended my stay to try and meet everyone. Hopefully next time though. I tried to buy the already-assembled model of K7 that's been in the window of the newsagent since I started visi...

Re: Across The Lake

I suggest you get yourself the £5 buy it now version, available on ebay as we speak. Quick before Mr Bull manages to get that one withdrawn too..... "There is a section of copyright law known as ‘The Berne Act.’ It clearly states: “films unreleased in the United Kingdom and United States, inclu...

Re: 'Donald Campbell- The Final Record Attempt' by Neil Shep

Regarding the Xmas Day photos, does anyone know where I can buy good quality copies of the images? I think I remember a link on this forum somewhere to a site that sold such a thing, if anyone can help me?

Cheers folks.

45 Years Ago Today.

In just under 10 minutes time I'll be proposing a toast (coffee only unfortunately) to the great man himself. RIP Mr D.C, and let us never forget you.

Re: 'Donald Campbell- The Final Record Attempt' by Neil Shep

I received a copy of the book from my wife as part of my Xmas present, and it's now my bible!!

I'd been looking forward to it for quite some time, and it's been worth the wait. It's definitely exceeded expectations, so well done to Neil.
