Re: Dead Metal

Good Gracious...I thought I would get chastised for de-railing this thread with my little sojourn about Mallard. How wrong could I be ? It does prove though, that the emotions so evident in certain people go at least part way to proving that some "exhibits" should be used, regardless of it is only f...

Re: Dead Metal

Regarding 'dead' exhibits - I feel the same way whenever I see Mallard * at York Railway Museum. I always imagine someone slipping in there in the wee small hours armed with a bag of Coalite, some firelighters and a tin of WD40.. * Odd, Duck-based name for record-busting streamlined Leviathan thoug...

Re: Recent Spamming Of Forum

I know many people ARE bothered by such posts as the one i read on here recently (totally off subject and absolutely adult in it's content), but i understand that it is a hazzard of any website or forum on the internet today, therefore, i just ignore such posts and move straight onto the interesting...

Re: Forum Theme & Main Logo Image

that about having the forum software on your pc, unfortunatly, is not correct. You can edit the forum theme from the Admin Control panel (or the ACP to those who know phpBB) on the server even when the board is "LIVE". whoever said that you need the forum software on your pc is, sadly, mistaken. The...

Forum Theme & Main Logo Image

Who runs the forum guys ?? I ask, as I have an overwhelming desire to offer to do some work on here for you guys. I know its "only a place to chat" but I wonder (quite often) why the forum has not been brought "in line" with the colour scheme of the main BlueBird Project website and why the logo has...

Re: Website Link-Backs

I did drop an email off a little while ago, both to "the team" and to "Bill" about the use of an image, but i have yet to hear anything. If a contract is involved, please could you contact me in relation to said contract. I want to support the site and thus the project, but without a graphic image, ...

Re: Bluebird K7, the "New" tail fin & Balance point query

if the basics are wrong, I don't waste my time! So hows about a joint effort to write a correct series of pages in a better manner and get the stuff up on the web ? I can handle page design if you can handle the text. or.......................................................maybe not. Just an idea ...
