Would be nice to get her running and strap Lewis in to give her some display runs at Elvington. Perfectly achievable but you know how things are... It does seem a shame that the current mueseo mentality is about keeping a deteriorating piece of scrap (nee 'artefact') 'safe' rather than celebrating ...

I think the best part of the prep was listening to the radio recording of DC's penultimate run while also reading the transcript. it gave me a good insight into the boat handling at the interim speeds I thought were feasible on Fad. in the end we were pretty much spot on we just didnt have a bundle ...

Well, seeing how I've been prompted in such a lovely way by the Chief its now obvious I'm allow to talk about such things so where do we start? there is such a lot to go at , have a go at with much armchair conjecture speak and generally to report on while holding up the very best in Bluebird and DC...

Questions Questions... Like Bill says once I got into the narrows I drove over a wrinkle in the water that had the capability of tripping the front of the boat in and it all going wrong. Experience tells me that ' be brave and keep your foot in' is the best course of action but this left me with lot...
