a Bit dangerous, Carbon Tet has the same properties as chloroform in the 'putting you to sleep' department. Its good for getting stains out of clothing though.

Malcolm, I am sure you are aware of my past employment ! I can come up with many ways of causing problems LEGALLY! For those worried re the threat of arrest for the dreaded offence of 'Breach of the Peace', well put that into the furthest part of your mind. The arrest has many legalities that have to...

Re: Other Speed Record Breakers Are Available!
Interesting information given on the site. The engine info leaves a few questions though! Turmanski R13's [9,000lbs thrust] are available at a reasonable cost with a Russian Technician available to help fit them out for a fee. It is possible to fit two vipers together if you have the right informati...

Roger is also famous for being trapped in the Pisces 3 submersible at a depth of 480m with the ensuing highly publicised rescue! He and Chapman were pulled from Pisces after 84 1/2hrs and had a calculated 12 minutes of air left! Luckily Roger had put an extra oxygen tank onboard the day before other...

Re: Raymond Hewartson
He had the storrs hall garage and worked with most of the WWSR teams. He used to 'run' the pits at the Windermere record week wearing his distinctive 'cowboy hat'.He was quite a character!

Malcolm,
I never noticed that before! I have checked my files and there is nothing mentioned re the flag and Infinity. I attach a photo of the the crusader showing what you are talking about.
What is also curious, is that when you 'zoom in' on the flag it appears to have been painted upside down.

Re: New book for you guys
I think I'll wait for the correct version of the Haynes K7 manual as done by the experts namely the BBP ! That way I buy one book and I can rely on the accuracy of the information given!
