Re: What have forum members been up to?

You forgot to mention the antiquated bowling alleys frozen in time on the top floor with their wooden floors an inch thick of dust. The whole lot will fall through the rusted steelwork one day onto the ice and the older skaters will flee to the splintered wooden stands where once they hid and snogg...

Re: What have forum members been up to?

Re: The Vulcan XH558 & General Aviation Thread

Well spotted Mike - I should set myself up a googlert for that one. It never seems to come to the top of my headline list.

Will be really interesting to see what these might fetch at auction if they are recovered. Could fetch enough to keep you lot in rivets for days :-)

Re: The Workshop Music Channel

About 3 years back I treated myself to a Sonos wireless music system, and a mini server so I could have all of my cds playing whatever, wherever, whenever. It came with an offer to subscribe to Napster (now Rhapsody) for £5 a month with a free trial. The CD collection now rarely gets a look in, and ...

Re: What have forum members been up to?

Any other spoilers for those of us who haven't seen it yet??! Spoilers?? I'ts a Bond film. Those who have never seen a Bond film before in their life, look away now: Bond goes to one or more exotic countries, gets into a fist fight, shoots some fiends, gets involved in a car/motorbike/boat/train ch...

We assume that the little 'un actually asked for Smurfs to be painted on the wall, but that would have used too much of your blue paint :-)

Re: What have forum members been up to?

Hmm. I took the family to see it last week too. My 11 year old daughter confessed at the end that she hadn't understood the plot, but loved the bits where things blew up. Clearly she has the makings of a true Bond fan. As I explained to her, the plot is a thinly veiled disguise on which the director...

Hey Neil,

Just spotted the reflection in the vertical stabiliser on your profile picture. Is that who I think it is?
