Hi there I'll do some closer shots when I'm in the shed next the turbine is a old Simmer 35 Ib thrust which should make her shift but it is going to have a 45Ib thrust after I see how she goes the camera housing on intakes will have a working camera. The intakes on the 1958 K7 had a slightly different shape to the 66/67 I'll do pictures though, I'm fitting parachute break too if I can manage never know I might get it to work!

I am looking for some assistance.

I believe there was a plate fitted on the transom near the hydraulic pipes for the water brake which had technical details about weight etc.

Does anyone have a picture of it? i would like to add the same to my model

Latest picture, including updated spray baffles, all I need now is my vacuum formed canopy, which should be back from manufacture any day now

Canopy is being made by Sarik Hobbies

https://www.sarikhobbies.com/sarik-vac-form/

I had to make mould myself, I ended up using a piece of pine newel post, as my boat was originally fitted with solid fibreglass canopy

Here is mould part way through shaping.

Picture of the plaque would still be great...

My latest creation; Aeromarine special circa 1950's. Speed 80mph.. No seat belt no protective canopy and driving kneeling down cos there's no seat!!
Referred to as a 'kneeler' popular in the day.

I put this on to demonstrate the stark difference between those days and the trouble Ken Warby had with a safety cell on his new boat. The good old days before health and safety took over.
BTW this model is seriously quick with the outboard unit.

If this post is out of context for this forum I am sorry and if its pulled that's okay. I am just an old man with health problems

pleased with another creation.
