Please do not link to copied material. You are right Across the Lake has never been officially released but there are a number of copies floating around taped off the TV and transferred to DVD.

Ebayer 'jayn700' has been at it again- listing ATL for sale (though not describing it as being a master copy obtained by his uncle this time!) and he's also been messing other Campbell enthusiasts around as well- buying a clearly advertised photo of K777, then complaining that it wasn't the real K7, and then trying to re-sell it despite being asked not to by the original copyright holder. A real piece of work this guy- buyers beware!

In the same way that Top Gear had the Aston fridge at the end of the 'Cool Wall', is there possibly scope for a special 'Jayn700 padded cell' after 'Type III' on the idiot scale?

Is he selling copies or the original photo he bought? There's nothing wrong with the latter.

I'm not 100% Damien, but I know that there's been some serious abuse and arguing going on again (seems that's all he's capable of) so that's the salient point here I think.

Dominic- there's been a Type III(Hons), but we've never classified anything beyond that- the prospect is just too terrifying.

Just pulling this older thread back up as, with kind permission from Phil Evans of the Speed Record Club facebook page, here are some fabulous behind the scenes pictures from the filming of 'Across The Lake', which started today, in 1988-

Hopkins was the ideal bloke for the role... Kind of resembles Donald too
