Don't forget all the other donations, piles of old aircraft hardware, rivets direct from Avdel and Cherry, materials from Thyssenkrupp, it's quite a list!

Is the choccie sauce on internal panels just for corrosion protection ?

Yes it's for corrosion protection, though it's total overkill really as it's nearly always used between surfaces that are already powder coated. It'll help fight any problems caused by the different metals of the rivets and screws though. We're nothing if not thorough!

I was just about to ask the question: Why do you need sealant on that piece? More trouble than it's worth, surely?
Zinc plated steel screws through two different grades of aluminium - it's a two minute job to splash some polysulphide in there and know it's not going to fizz if / when it gets wet. Belt and braces but that's how we roll.
