Ah, but is yours stainless steel? Have to use stainless on Aluminium otherwise you leave iron particles in the material and guess what... Yes, it starts to rot all over again.

Not sure this is the best location for this post (Mike) but it seems reasonable.

latest article and short video from Barrow's own North West Evening Mail (and Cumberland News for that matter) featuring a story about a tin boat and a guy with a welder...

They have borrowed word for word the article in last Fridays Cumberland News it would seem just having had a quick glance. With one exception Mike Bull seems to have been omitted in this particular picture. Good article on the whole but with the same predictable cock up at the beginning :D

Absolutely superb piece that, I thought. And, as Mike pointed out, about the first to capture something of the workshop spirit and the first, after half a decade of trying, to quote me about the Romans and the fact that the HLF couldn't sit the right way round on a toilet seat. Priceless...

And he got the going / gone thing right too.

I stand corrected Mike having read the piece in the actual paper this evening but only on the point that you are in the picture in the paper. Nice article for a change. :D
