Resurrection: The remains of Sir Donald Campbell's Bluebird are brought to the surface of Coniston Water in the Lake District March 8, 2001

Told you the in-house research wasn't up to much. There's really no excuse for such basic errors.
Of course this could just be a typo I mean how often do I have to repair your typos in the diary. (about once every six months going on recent form (about the same amout of time it takes to repair a gate!!! - sorry in joke for those who work for/with Bill))

At least as long as the gate was out of action you couldn't slam it on your way out - cheeky sod!

Another in-joke... For those in Coniston on the 8th we'll have a beer and a laugh with you and tell you all about it.

Just thoroughly rummaged through the paper itself in my local shop and couldn't see the piece in there though.
Probably been biffed by the snow again...

Never mind biffed by the snow. Im 4 visits to different newsagents to find a copy and 50 new pence worse off. If it hadn,t been in the Star or Sun i would only have lost 25 new pence.

Seconded... In all respects ... What a great documentary. All involved can be very proud. The rolling news was the only blemish. Thanks Bill for the invite to contribute. Have a great Christmas one and all.

Thirded. I did however feel the breaking news banner along the bottom spoiled it a bit

Seen myself on telly so many times it's not funny anymore but my part was from the heart in a way I don't remember faking so it must've been real. That was an absolutely gorgeous piece of telly from the music, the camera work, the editing, the graphics... Loved it!

What an utterly marvellous piece of programming.

The programme has made the project "Real" to those of us who only sit behind a computer monitor looking into a world many miles away from our own and has shone a bright light upon the extreme dedication you have and continue to show to the rebuild and rebirth of K7.

Bill and all K7 team members, you really are an inspiration to us all.

The animation sequence of the impact gave me a cold shiver up my spine, I replayed it 5 times, each time, I got that same cold shiver. 183MPH impact!!! WOW! the forces involved in that alone are scary enough, to realise that a fragile human being also experienced that is mind numbing and sobering.

At a time of year where families share time together, there can be no greater reminder of how precious life and family is.

Overall a very thought provoking, mind numbing, sobering, emotionally provoking half hour programme.
