There's absolutely no question about it, the standard will be maintained, we will not be held to any sort of deadline and the boat will be finished when she's finished and anyone unhappy with the pace of things can either come and get their hands dirty and earn the right to have an opinion or take what they're given.
Now about that curry evening with the BBP crew - anyone want to put their name down? We'll even give you a tour of our death-trap workshop.

I'd certainly like to come, if my presence wouldn't put too many noses out of joint.
Would be good to meet some of you guys.

Possibly a Freudian slip there on my part!
No, what I meant was I already know Novie, and I've met a few of the guys in the distant past - even Bill, for a brief second, passing in opposite directions at Donald's funeral reception at the Windermere club.
So actually I meant the guys I've never met before.

I see my role on here nowadays as being to draw the enemy's attention away from you chaps. They're so busy hating me that they don't notice what you're up to!
I know my place.

It's one night when a lot of people can unite under one flag. And in a world of division, that's no bad thing

No wonder you don't encourage visitors.

You can come as my guest - I'll need someone to draw fire so I can have a relaxing evening.I'd certainly like to come, if my presence wouldn't put too many noses out of joint.
