Hi Fred here,
I'm not sure where to post this, so I'll leave it up to you Mike!
I ordered my #5 DVD, and have received a receipt dated 2nd May 16. But as of todays date (27th May) I still have no DVD. I've checked my account on the Shop Site but it shows no outstanding orders. Can you suggest who or where I should contact. I didn't find an e mail address for the shop.

Fred

I have just been on the shop and can see you have siged up as a customer but no orders have been placed. The reciept you have will be a welcome email from the shop.

The DVD were up for pre order and are being produced as we speak, We will let everyone know when they are being dispatched

Hi Fred

I've looked at our payment and our order logs, I've found your order in the incomplete orders so I have now completed it for you and your DVD will be on it's way as soon as we receive them

PS
When you post could you not post multiple times (just deleted 3 out of 4 identical posts)

Hi All,
Is anyone else still waiting for this DVD? I've just been on the Shop site, which still shows AWAITING PAYMENT! I have a receipt # 4113-5087-3989-8961 from PayPal dated 2nd May and a Bank Statement saying that it was paid on May 3rd.
Is there please a phone number or email that I can contact the shop direct, as this is now becoming ridiculous.

Regards, Fred

Hi Mike,

I wonder if you are getting the mails from the new shop OK ?

I have ordered the lift DVD order #35#, which shows as shipped on the 1st of July, but it's still a no show, hope it's not lost in the post

I did email the shop and have heard nothing back.

Best Regards

Tim,

PM your phone number so we can sort it out for you. Sounds like something has gone awry.

And for those awaiting DVD 5, all the cert's with (rather larger than intended) paint flakes were finished tonight so they should all be dispatched tomorrow. Thanks for being so patient.
