*sigh*

Fred,

As you were told before, your order was completed for you when we found it to have been incorrectly placed, and now your DVD order is there waiting to be fulfilled with all the others. I respectfully remind you that the DVD was made available for PRE order (and clearly advertised as such) and that it is produced and sold by volunteers. As it happens, the discs themselves are now to hand and the paint flake certificates are being produced before things are finally shipped. So before you fling around words like 'ridiculous', a little more patience with an entirely volunteer organization would be appreciated.

Hi Mike,

I wonder if you are getting the mails from the new shop OK ?

I have ordered the lift DVD order #35#, which shows as shipped on the 1st of July, but it's still a no show, hope it's not lost in the post

I did email the shop and have heard nothing back.

Best Regards

Tim

Tim,

PM your phone number so we can sort it out for you. Sounds like something has gone awry.

And for those awaiting DVD 5, all the cert's with (rather larger than intended) paint flakes were finished tonight so they should all be dispatched tomorrow. Thanks for being so patient.

Cheers, though I was thinking about people outside of the team!

We've had some very nice feedback on the Across The Lake CDs though, via the various Facebook groups.
