If I order this DVD now is the fragment of paint and certificate still available?
I recently visited Ruskin Museum and I'm hooked!
Great work you guys are doing and credit to the museum on such a intresting and great display.People on hand to answer all questions,can't wait till K7 is complete but as the title of the great painting that you have in the shop "patience"

Hi Paul, welcome. Glad you're enjoying what we're doing! The pre-order period for the DVD has long passed, so now they are being sent out without any paint flake certs. It's still our best DVD to date though!

i recently made an online purchase from the shop (12/11/2016) and still have not received my items, i have sent e-mails messages and received no replys, so i think the only way is to go public on this to see if it can get someones attention

It would help if we knew who you were...but as it happens, I looked up your name via the forum admin and your order went out at the end of last week so should be with you shortly. As we point out though, we're not Amazon, and a little patience is always appreciated.

mike i received an e-mail 0n the 21st november stating my item was shipped that was 3 weeks ago, so you can understand my concern,
