I will e mail Bill and ask him for a suitable date. Seems to be enough interest but that's a matter for Bill to decide.
Upon reflection I will leave contacting Bill until later in the week. I get a feeling he has more important things to think about at the moment.

Lots happening, all good but let me get it all in a row before reporting. In the meantime no probs organising your visit if you tell us when you would like to come.

[Edit] - If you can aim for a Sunday afternoon (hopefully avoiding a F1 race, that being the actual race and not the pre/post race stuffing) I'd be happy to open up and show you around and answer questions. That way it only inconveniences my wife and children who are well used to coming second to BBP business and who long ago learned to make me pay them back at the interest rates of a collapsing South American economy. :D

Gents I propose Sunday 7th April (No F1) - gives us all time to make suitable arrangements.(bribe the wives and girlfriends :lol: ) (should be a tad warmer weather)

How is that date for you Bill?

There's a problem unless we run into May;

March 24th would be an alternative but is it too close to get it done?;

March 31st is a F1 race day

Looking at April - 7th okay as suggested above
April 14th F1 day but is okay because race is early morning.
April 21st - Easter Sunday
April 28th - F1 day.

I think whatever day we arrive at it wont suit everyone. Perhaps those in the list in the first post can comment. I think its asking too much to ask to attend on F1 days. Bill has asked us to avoid them.

Moving to May would probably work better for me, but could do 7th April at a push

It can be a race day just not in the middle of the race. Some of the races are at stupid o'clock in the morning and l record those ones.
