Re: Bluebird & Other Scale Models

Well, finally saved up for the Pontos 1:200 detail up pack for HMS Hood, some wooden decks and about 16kg of brass and resin is now en route from Australia.

So if you would just like to excuse me I am going to go and sit down and breath from a brown paper bag !!

Re: Coniston Bye laws/Ruskin

Re: Coniston Bye laws/Ruskin

Many people want to see K7 run on Coniston Water. I admit that would be cool but speaking only for myself here and not necessarily on behalf of other team members, it doesn't bother me one way or the other. Scotland is just as good. It's running the machine and working with the team that does it fo...

Re: Coniston Bye laws/Ruskin

But that seems to be a regular thing, I recall having to take time off work and driving to a house spending the entire day with a team of volunteers doing a fingertip search of what I can only describe as bein...

Re: Coniston Water Byelaws "2019"

Needs to be a cohesive effort to get this done, the village can’t be expected to foot the entire bill, quite simply it’d be a monumental cost insurmountable for even the biggest of cities let alone a picturesque village in Cumbria. Sponsorship would be the way forward I’d say....problem is the ongoi...
