Leaving for home Friday 12th Dec, give me a couple of days to settle, cut fire wood, mow lawns etc etc and I'll go looking in "the archive"!!!

This discussion has been done, done and done, but hey ho. I'll try and find my "de-crackled" version and post it as a mp3 when I get home. The software I used, it what cleans up live transmissions from F1 cars to the pit, up to broadcast standard, although we also had the same software acc...

Having stuck the corps recording through no end of software and Avids, I'm sticking with what I qouted in Leap into Legend, word for word!!! The only part I have any curiousity with is the word Donald was about to use, then changed mid sentance, but not having a copy of my own book, I can't remember...

The baffle theory is the most likely, although I recall Ken saying that the amount of water that could get in was minimal, and was usually "shot out" as he put it, by the acceleration, but it would ba as well to stop even half a pint shooting down to the tail and building up there, althoug...

Steady Mike, you'll be suggesting next K7 had a sister ship, and it was this that really sank for insurance purposes..................... It does seem strange, because these bulkheads aren't going to lend torsional strength, so perhaps just there in case they needed to mount bits on, fuse boxes, rel...

These mysterious bulkheads, could they be the remains of the water tanks, fitted in order to adjust the trim when first built, but cut away in part as "NLR"?
