Nice. Gretsch, I presume?
Yup. It’s a heavily modified 1969 Anniversary.

Wow, envy!
I bet it would sound great played through my 1964 AC30 (by a better guitarist than me, I might add).

It probably would! What do you usually plug into your AC30?

Fender Tele, various Gordon Smiths and, when I want to pretend to be Nigel Tufnel, Musicman Axis SS.

Love Telecasters. I traded one of my Gretsches (an Electraumatic) for a Tele with a B-bender in it recently. It looks like a '52 with a few modern appointments...And the B-bender of course. It's a bit on the heavy side though due to the swamp ash body.

The last few days, I have been avidly watching this guy’s tracking app as he smashed the record for a complete round of all 214 Lake District “Wainwright” fells. 318 miles and the equivalent of four Everests in 6 days 6 hours. A fantastic achievement.

My own personal best for all the Wainwrights is a bit over 23 years.....

To follow the thread...

Not been up to much apart from work, including a Saturday in the office typing procedures and various risk assessments (its a shame to spend a Saturday doing that when I can think of so many other things that should be possible to do) and studying various videos for automotive sport and incident management - warning flags and emergencies....Oh and a ride out on one of my motorbikes, which, as always is very nice!

I hope other forum members have had a good few days!

I hope members of the forum are keeping fit and well.

The weekend was spent social distancing in the garden, did some jobs in there I have ignored in the past few years, a walk and cycle ride, on different days, to keep reasonably fit and to prevent agorophobia from setting in (within the government guidelines of course) - raised a few glasses to those I have not met in a few weeks ,and watched "Across the Lake" last night to keep my eye in!

Keep Safe!

Been working. When not working, I've been following the Government guidelines of isolating at home. Restrictions here have been eased a little, so I might go for a drive to somewhere other than work or the shops this weekend, for the first time since March.
