Crusader Build

Post by Renegadenemo »

Just thought l'd start a topic over here in case anyone wants to learn a bit more about our Crusader build.

We're on top of the scaling issues now and almost halfway along the hull so we can probably talk a good job now.

:D

How far are you going with the build? What I mean by that is will it have full panelling complete with air intakes on top, steering etc.. and a half-size Ghost mock-up in the back end?

No intention of making a half size Ghost. The steering was a simple steering box so that's understood but we'll get the structure together. That's really what it's all about - understanding how it was built and recreating that part. If someone wants to finish it they're very welcome.

Are you actually documenting this process, Renegadenemo?

Of course I have a vested interest in this! Crusader has been a big part of my life since Sally Railton contacted me some 15 years ago.

Hoping to supply some decent copies of the drawing I have very soon.
